FAQ's

Q:  How do I determine what the customs duty or VAT will be on an Internationally shipped order?
A:  Contact your local governing body.  You will need to know where the package originated (USA), the product(s) being shipped and their cost.  There are also many online calculators readily available.
 
Q:  What if  I want to return my order (the was shipped domestically within the lower 48 states)?
A:  Returns are accepted of new, unused merchandise from the current selling season with the tags on (when applicable).  Returns must be done within 21 days of purchase.  The cost to return the items is at the customers expense.  Please see our 'Return Policy'.
 
Q:  What if I buy a Closeout/Sale item and it does not fit or I do not like it?
A:  Closeout and Sale items (from the Closeout/Sale category of our website) are not returnable.  Current season's merchandise (skis, boots, bindings) that are listed with a 'Sale Price' in their appropriate category are returnable.  See our 'Retun Policy'.
 
Q:  Will you ship my international order as a 'Gift' so I will not have to pay customs duty or VAT?
A:  No.  Don't even ask.  Please see our 'Shipping Policies'.
