Shipping:
We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible. Whenever possible orders received Monday through Friday by 12pm EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 12pm EST or on weekends will ship next business day. We ship all orders"Signature Required" unless customer specifically agrees to assume liability via written request or by checking the appropriate button at checkout. | |

Package Tracking:
On all packages shipped - Domestic or International - tracking information will be provided to you via email directly from the carrier. From the time the package leaves our door until it arrives at yours, you should receive tracking emails from the shipping carrier each step of the way. The exception to this is International shipments via USPS. For USPS Priority Mail International tracking is not available in most destination countries. For USPS Express Mail International and USPS Global Express Guaranteed tracking is available in most destination countries. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, USPS turns it over to the local postal service and their tracking system.
