If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the current season's product, you may return it.  Sale/Closeout items are not returnable. 
Unused, unworn products with tags on that are not sale/closeout items can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase (the day it was paid for) a full refund of the cost of the product less any applicable shipping charges.  Refunds will be processed as soon as the item(s) are received  back at Peak Performance Ski Shop and have been inspected to confirm they meet our return criteria.  Items returned must be back in our store within 30 days of purchase.  Returns received after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.   

Return items that had qualified for free shipping will carry with them a non-refundable shipping charge equal to our original shipping and handling cost to ship the product to you to begin with.  This amount will be deducted from your refund.  Additionally customers will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning the product to us.  International customers and US customers outside the lower 48 states will not be refunded any shipping charges paid on their order, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.

As a service to our customers we offer many different payment methods. There are certain extenuating circumstances beyond our control where the payment processing company will assess a fee for a credit/refund after a certain amount of time has transpired (e.g. Paypal charges us to refund money to a customer after 60 days).  If this should happen, any additional charges will be deducted from the customer's refund.
All returns must be accompanied by an Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA #) issued by Peak Performance. This RMA # should be clearly written on the outside of the box.
To request a RMA # for an online order follow these steps:
  1. Click on "My Account" and login to your account.
  2. Go to "Track Your Recent Orders" and click "View All"
  3. Once you have found the particular order you want to return click "View Details."
  4. Once in the order click "Add new RMA" then select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason and method of return from the drop downs that correspond to each.  If you choose "Other" for either, please let us know why in the "Comments" section.
  5. Click "Save RMA"
  6. A confirmation will be displayed and it will be emailed to you as well with "Peak Performance Ski Shop : New RMA Requested" in the subject line.
  7. Please use this email/page as your RMA.  Print it out and enclose it in the package.  Write the number on it on the outside of the box (ex: RMA # 23).
  8. Once the package is received by us in good condition we will process as per your instructions (send new item out, refund, etc.)

We will reply via email with instructions and your RMA #.  Please write the RMA # on the outside of the box.
