The 2020 Rossignol Hero Athlete Non-FIS SG JR Race Skis are race winners at all levels of  USSA Racing.  The Rossignol Race Department provides two sizes of non-FIS SG skis for USSA U14-21 men and ladies.  The 196 skis conform to the >30m radius rules for USSA U21/U19/U16's, and the 186cm skis will work for U14's.

USSA U21, U19, U16:
196cm:  (radius = 34.6m)

USSA U14:
186cm:  (radius = 27.9m)

Rossignol's FIS Super G skis come with the one piece Look R22 race plate for increased edge grip.  

Rossignol skis come from the manufacturer's factory race room not fully prepared for racing.  Peak Performance recommends a 1 degree base and 3 degree side edge for Super G skis.  In our drop-down menu above, we offer several levels of race preparation to choose from as options.  Please refer to the Race Tuning & Services page for more information and advanced options, and in your order notes please tell us what base angle you prefer if you are choosing the Elite or World Cup Prep add on.  Premium prep does not include base edge modification.

The 2020 Rossi race skis are designed to be used with Look Rockerace bindings - SPX 12 Rockerace or SPX 15 Rockerace.  The Look Rockerace bindings drive more power to the skis and provide better edge grip than the older Rockerflex iterations of these bindings.  

Rossignol Hero skis are the ski of choice for accomplished World Cup skiers Henrik Kristofferson, Federica Brignone, Frida Hansdotter, and Nina Loseth.
