OVERVIEW:

Ten years ago, we had a simple but powerful idea: what if we built a program that
supported women in skiing from every angle—gear, education, inspiration, and
community? We put that idea into action, and today Women2Women is still going
strong—helping make the mountain a more inclusive, welcoming, and fun place for
women, no matter their level of experience.
To celebrate our 10-year milestone, we teamed up with artist Malia Reeves to create
a special-edition graphic for the Black Pearl 88—one of the most iconic skis in the

Industry. For each pair sold, $125 goes back into the Blizzard Tecnica Hilaree Nel-
son Professional Development Program, which funds training and certifications for

women in avalanche safety, ski instruction, guiding, and more. Whether it’s a first-
time course or a top-level certification, the program is here to encourage women to

reach for their goals.

Over the past five years, we’ve received more than 2,200 applications and support-
ed 103 women worldwide with over $120,000 in funding and gear. Every step

forward matters—because when more women step into leadership, it inspires
others to do the same.
