If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we want to offer the best customer solution possible. Unused items may be exchanged, credited, or refunded within 30 days of the original purchase date in new condition with original packaging and all associated tags. Please note the following exceptions:
- Purchases of sale and closeout items are final and not eligible for a refund.
- Products that have been prepped or altered to your specifications are not eligible for a refund. This includes skis that have been mounted, prepped, or waxed; boots that have been lifted; or poles on which guards have been installed.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs on any items they wish to return. Upon receipt of eligible items, we will refund the original purchase price within 3-5 business days.
Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

- Log into your account and navigate to the "my account" section
- On the left side choose the "my orders" option
- Choose the order you want to return and press the "view" button
- Choose the "return item(s)" button at the bottom of the page
- Fill out the form with the necessary information for your return/exchange

Please use our general contact form to begin the return or exchange process. For your return or exchange to start please fill out the form and include the following information:
- Your Name
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Any other information you can provide.
Our team has been notified of your return request and you will see a response from us with further instructions.
